I got this one over the weekend. Any info to the ID of this guy are very welcome as well!

hello zeeuwsepiep i cant do a positive id on this but to me it looks like the remnants of a shrapnel projectile ,they are often found in this condition as the top of the projectile blows out followed by the contents
are there any markings on the fuze other than the numbers
 
Looks like a Belgian WW1 fuze,don't know the designation unfortunately.
