Fuze ID

Howdy BOCNers,

I picked up this relic recently but have no reference to it, the steps in the shape of it have me confused, I don't know if they were formed when the thing hit the deck?

The only markings on it are what I have pics of & the base thread has been totally oblitrated/gone.

Can anyone ID this remnant please?

Thanks,

Regards Ozzi.
