I recently purchased a load of 3.7cm PAK rounds & just noticed that some are stencilled "A" & some "C" , also , the drive bands have "A" or "C" on them . Out of interest , could one of you esteemed BOCN experts tell me what this means ? Thankyou ! Mike.

It is "Ausfhrung" A, B or C. It indicates how the projectile was made ( in one piece, or tip separately and welded on body, how welded etc ).
