If you want to go somewhere that's got atmosphere then this ones the place to go. Loads of tunnels all at a constant 7 degrees centigrade (a welcome break on a hot day!). Cheap entry and they count you in and count you out just in case anyone gets locked in! Its so easy to imagine this as a wartime hospital.

It is a good place to visit along with jersey as well if you like german fortifications, visited a couple of times but haven't been there for about 13 years but I thought it was a pity that exhibits are kept in a damp condition in the dryer part of the tunnels.

Yes I agree its certainly damp and some of the exhibits in the tunnels will probably rust away if they're not moved, but fair play to the guys who are running it, they're doing their best.
