Hello my dad has just come back from his annual tour of europe and took a few pics ,i have no idea where he took these as he just drives from country to country,france ,germany ,austria,italy croatia and wherever,,anyway they may or may not be military related but can anyone translate what it says on them please..

Also he spotted this strange set up whilst driving in france or belgium .anyone recognise the place ???
