In the 1980s the US started a number of cooperative submunition programs with European allies, all of which, for reasons unknown, were later dropped. This included the German AT-2 mines loaded in MLRS, the multi-nation developed terminally guided submunition (TGSM), and one of the ones pictured here, the Direct Airfield Attack Combined Munition (DAACM). The DAACM was a SUU-20 dispenser loaded with 8 BLU-106 BKEPs and 24 UK manufactured HB-876 area denial munitions. The BLU-106 performed poorly in tests and the US dropped the program. The UK continued on, substituting the BLU-106 with the SG-357 for their Hades system.

Photos of the BLU-106 (photo 1) and the HB-876 (photos 2&3) are provided, you can see the similarity to the mock-ups in the display cut-away in your photos.

Off related interest, a silent colleague recently showed me a document which seems to indicate that the HB-876 may also have been co-developed between the US and UK, or at least similar programs were going on simultaneously. I've attached two diagrams of the US Airfield Denial Submunition. The source document is dated from early 1984.
