Identification fuze?

thanks Tmine35
Specifically what are they?
Are they dangerous?
If you are interested I can tell someone where to get them.

They are booster charges placed in artillery shells just below fuzes to explode the shells. If not made inert they are extremely dangerous. They contain a good charge of Nitropenta and a blasting cap. Blasting cap was intended to blow off from the small flame caused by fuze itself and detonate the booster and then the shell itself.
