It goes to a box type mine. I have seen it before and believe it is British in origin. Although there are several knock-off versions. The Iranians and Serbians have a copy of this fuze.

I don't think it has a nomenclature though.

It should be an iranian No. 4 Switch, derived form the similar israeli switch.
Both used in No. 4 pressure blast AP mine

this one is found in Gornji Vakuf

thanks stecol, that makes sense as in bosnia is found lot of iranian stuff as AS100 rifle grenades and nader rockets.
