Kynoch .303 headstamp question

Can anyone assist me please, I have a mk6 .303 with a round nickel bullet with the headstamp - KII VI now is this a Kynoch dated 1911 of is it a Kynoch no.2 ICI Standish manufacture I ask because I have only seen K2 headstamps not KII.

Yes it is Kynoch Birmingham 1911 Mark 6 ball. K2 Never made Mark 6 as it was long obsolete by the time K2 was set up in WW2.
