I've collected Aden, Defa and Wecom rounds for years so know what to look out for BUT nearly walked straight past this one today!!
Its a 30 x 100 fired Wecom case. You rarely see them on their own (complete dummy Wecom rounds are available but not fired cases - at least not on this side of the pond!).
The main difference between the Wecom case and the much more common Aden (HV) which it is easy to be mistaken for is the case length on the Wecom is 10mm shorter and the base/belt area is much heavier. It is headstamped (Adens are never headstamped, they are stamped in the groove and on the belt and occasionally on the side of the case). The primer is longer too.
Just thought I'd show a few photos so you know what to look out for.
The Wecom round was an American experimental aircraft cannon from the 1960's.
