this was recently found by some colleagues on a range in germany
the following info is from Lexpevs site
made from wood and cardboard came as late as 1941 and is called "Ls Hndbombe M/41" (Blank hand bomb M/41).
It was used in drill combat scenarios.
After use the main body (wooden top half) could be reloaded at the factory.
It contains a 30 gram charge. It had a 4 seconds delay fuze.
This M/41 replaced the early M/23 training grenades.
