nevertheless, maybe some dear BOCN member could enligthen us with RDT&E info / manufacturer info- this is part of ordnance history and quite interesting.

one more question: whcih other 115 mm weapon systems did the US military use in the 40s 50s ?

PS what kind of metal were the parts made of?
