I am curious about a Dutch NR40 with NR82 Booster.

can anyone tell me what this marking stands for?

For sure Dutch.

The MTSB stands for 'Mechanische Tijd SchokBuis'
Also the red 'O' is a dutch symbol to denote it's inert.
