Who can identify the green item with the parachute?

The picture is from someone else, so I have no extra info.

As far as I can see is painted on the green cylinder No. 14-H T, or No. 14-II T.

The text underneath that is ending on 46.

It is the British No. 14 parachute housing of the US 20 lb. Fragmentation Bomb (Modified).
