Thank you very much in advance

You can perhaps begin with this.

I have no idea what the bomb in the last drawing is (I've seen it a couple of times), but it is not a regular PC 500 RS for sure. :)

Hello,

Fzg76, I assume you made a handling error because your diagram looks like a PD500.

Yoda, first time I see such a tail on a Pc500 rs.

Regards

Hello,
Yoda, first time I see such a tail on a Pc500 rs.

Well, something is very wrong with this drawing. I don't think, the tail section made of light alloy would survive the engine exhaust. :) Then the warhead diameter is given as 1' 3", i.e. 381 mm, while the PC 500 RS had 300 mm diameter.
Then the combustion chamber construction looks very fragile in its forward section.

But the fuse components are designated with "Bl", so it's a blind bomb anyway - and there's no engine igniter present in the drawing, while it's socket seems to be plugged with the steel rod running through the combustion chamber.

Here all I have about this 500 PC RS.
All reclamations are to be send on the US Navy Bomb Disposal School !

Thankk you for posting the document!
So everything is clear now. :D
They had a damaged PC 1000 RS and misidentified it as the PC 500 RS, wrongly recreating the tail section, which generally was reconstructed as too long and mounted backwards. :)

This is a drawing by Mr. Marquardt, the head of bomb development during WW2 in germany. This seems to be the same as that shown by Minenaz. P1400891.jpg

The fuze says 49 and BI and BIII this is not a "blind" fuze but its is made out of 3 parts see pic.

You are right, I was writing just too fast without thinking. :(
Anyway, a B variant fuze is yet another proof, it is the PC 1000 RS, not PC 500 RS (although A and B fuse components could be mixed according to OP-1666).
