Any ideas what this goes to?

I know it is for a 57-MM round, and that it is Czechoslovakian in origin.

Length: 349-MM
KV-5 Primer

Does the case have a nomenclature?

Joe

For the Soviet (bloc) S-60 57mm Anti Aircraft gun, also made in China. 57x348SR
Often steel cased with a zinc, lacquer or brass wash finish.
This one is made of silicon brass(indicated by the K in the headstamp)so tends to have a lighter appearance.
