Possible German Naval or 60pdr what is it???

Hi can anyone ID this shell it is approx 4inch and was once fitted with a type of Time fuze. I have looked and have found 60pdr and one German naval shell that is similar but none have the distinctive Driving band pattern, any ideas?

Also in my books I cannot find a diameter or any other dimensions for 60pdr can any one let me have some dimensions for 60pdr.

60pdr would be 127mm in diameter, the lengths vary depending on model and fill etc.

Do you have a picture of the base?

the base is just flat and rusty no markings to be had unfortunately
