A wild guess but It could be a 10kg Czech model 1924 - the attachment is compatible, the "fuze" looks like the fuze of the period for this bomb, the diameter is identical. length - The overall length with the fins was 820mm so this can fit with a body of 580mm

It was found on the island of Terschelling in Holland in a practice area for the air-force.
A lot of NATO countries used it as a practice area. As you can see there still is a blue colour you can see.
The bomb will come to the Dutch EOD maybe they cansee something when it is cleaned.

The one upright with the yellow band is in a militaria shop in skegness the yellow and black one a repaint i think was for sale at pudsey arms fair a couple of years ago.
