Can anyone ID this projectile?

Unfortnately the fuze is missing.
The only marking i found was a "Y" just above the copper drive-belt

I have not confirm with my Doc, but I cmay say that you have a belgian 47 mm HE, WW II era.

In case it is a Belgian 47mm, what casing should i look for? I only know the 47x280R in Belgian use, but i tought they had AP projectiles, not HE
 
They had the two models. I must confirm, but I can't do it actually, I have no access to my all documentation.

Hello Geert,

Just looked through my information about the belgian 47 mm gun.
There exists a 47 mm obus explosif Mle1932 with fuse ogive verrous G Mle1932 and it has the same dimensions (length) as discribed by you.
I'll forward you the info.
