Thought I would share this one. A German "Raketenznder" Rocket fuze, DM "Deutsches Modell" 12.

No idea how this piece ended up in my collection, it's nice though.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I've got the fuze but zero information. Can't find anything anywhere.
What is what used for can be found here:

used on :120mm Mehrzweckgeschosse (MZ) Leopard 2
But that's all I was able to find, thing is gathering dust in a box.

Do not confuse the single DM model with a uniqe designator for one fuze! We had that discussion elsewhere already.

Always consider the full designation of the item as here the "RAKZ" what, as indicated before, is a rocket fuze.

This one here is an electronic time fuze for the 110mm MLRS system and is used with warheads loaded with scatterable AT mines.

may I ask where that document is from? Because it is great and information about these 110mm rockets are very rare..
