Russian 1939 Dated 122mm HE Projectile

Look what the Artillery Fairy brought me. It still retains much of its original paint. May I request electronic copies of the Russian manuals for this ammunition? What casing should be mated with this; anyone have a spare? How hard are these projectiles to find?
