Hello, yes i know the discovery. They are found near an old firing range.
I have looked in all my documents, firing tables, etc regarding 45mm ammunition and there were no HE shells with tracer, and I asked all the collectors and it was the first time seeing something like this even for very experienced collectors. My guess is that these are postwar shells made in Romania in the 1950`s. These usually also have a different filling than ww2 shells.
