Sectioned Target Practice Rocket

Hi,

Can anyone tell me more about this sectioned "ROCKET, TARGET PRACTICE"?

I'm assuming it's WW2 and British because the head is marked S.P.R.A. 11/42.

But the tail is marked A.S. MUN 1959 - could this be a reference to the Belgian manufacturer ASM?

Thanks for any info!

Gary

Thanks Tony, that's definitely the one.

The Belgian connection sort of makes sense because I bought it in Belgium along with this sectioned Ground Flare.

Do you think the manufacturer "BR" could be Brocks?

Thanks,

Gary

Borderline for me!!
They're more or less post WWII, but you're right definitely too early for Jane's 1976...
