I found these drawings in the book made by Henri Belot (french EOD technician).
First projo (3,7cm Pzgr PAK) is 102 mm length, the second (3,7cm Pzgr (A)) is 111,4 mm.
I hope this can help you.
Im sure not WW1. The driving belt have the same dimensions like the normal Pzgz. for AT-Gun and Tank-Guns. The thread is also the same. The WW1 are different in this things. Some of them had Lettercodes (used from 1925-35) at the base and on the dummyplugs. They have Codes O, N or K and must be produced between 1932-1934. Maybe not introduced shells or only a study/development from Pzgr A to 3,7cm Pzgr Pak/Kwk? I never see such one before...
I think development from Pzgr A to 3,7cm Pzgr Pak is the right way...its clearly the left and middle shell have the same form.
Left: Pzgr A, marked DL E (E = 1931)
Middle: the short Pzgr, all marked O, N or K (O = 1932, N = 1933, K = 1934)
Right: early Pzgr from testing series with hand written numbers, marked DL 0 for 1932, marked in red ink = for 1932 and in white Za.Kl.3.34
