Hello,
I got this photo from a smoke marker. At first I don't know what it is used for. Now I found that it is for the marking buoy of the Russian practice sea mine UDM. On attached photos you can see the practice sea mine UDM with the marking buoy. The smoke marker is located in the marking buoy.
