There's an interesting paragraph in Musgrave's German Machine Guns as follows:
"The S19-100 was a 2.54 cm machine cannon developed by Solothurn as a field, anti-tank, or anti-aircraft gun. Three alternative mounts were developed. The S20-100 was a light infantry accompanying mount, the S20-200 was a portable tripod, and the S20-300 was a twin anti-aircraft mount. None of these guns or mounts became production items, although minor features were carried over into later successful weapons."
Does anyone know anything more about this gun or the ammunition it used?
