Here some photo's of a old project.
At this old castle about 60 German para's where holding out.
the BBC where filming the hole battle.
The Brits dropped 32x 1000 Lb and more then a 100x 60 Lb rockets on the castle after trying to shoot them out wiht 6 pdr's, 95mm and also a Panter Tank they got at Overloon whas shooting on them.

Hey Jack,

Thanks for posting the photos! The ammo box in the first photo is one hell of a strong box! I've never seen a locking mechanism quite like that, very secure and simple.

Those are just 2 of the lockes there are two more so four lockes in total,
its a very nice box for in the field and smal jobs.
Its also testet at the TUV in Germany and you can take it appart in total.

Great photos once again Mad

That Gammon grenade looks in very good condition considering, I wouldn't have expected the material to have survived so well! just goes to show.
