Soviet 23 and 30-MM ME

I am looking for information on the fuze and how it works in the 23 and 30-MM Soviet ME (Multiple Element) rounds. I cannot find anyting on how the fuze works just pictures of the round and that the fuze is a V-30. Does anyone have anything on this round?
