Swiss Markings

Can someone explain the markings on these Swiss 40-MMs?
I think the 591 and 592 are the factory/manufacturer. Is this correct, and if so whom do they reference?
I am having difficulty understanding the non-alphabetical factory markings.

Thanks,

Joe

591 and the gray identification color = combat ammunition
592 and the black identification color = practice ammunition
Spl Pat 97 MZ - Splitter Patrone 97 Momentanzünder
UPat 97 - Übungs Patrone 97

As far as I'm aware markings are :

First picture

Gw : gewehr = rifle
Spli : splitter = frag
Pat : patrone = cartridge
97 : model
MZ : momentazünder = instant. fuze
591-1560 : official designation number of this grenade (all swiss ordnance has this kind of code).
012-00A : I assume lot number

Second picture :

Upat : Übungspatrone (Uebungspatrone) = practice
Same for other markings
592-5280 : code for this grenade. All swiss practice ordnance I saw has a 592 code

Oups same time Rigby

Thanks guys, that helps.
So the manufacturing/manufacturer code is: 012 or A, I would assume.
