If these are anything like the ones that came into NZ a few years ago, the calibres might match but not necesssarily to the correct shell/case combos.
Still, nice to have.

If you mean the bottlenecked ones, they should be 30x210B NN-30. The image may be distorted in it's proportions.

Getting it out of China might be a smaller problem than getting it into the US then (or almost any country in Western Europe).
