i have this info,although not much help.its very similar to some of the french anti tank mines of that era,so could be an unknown version

What book is that picture from? I have never seen it before.

For more information I have found per the museum:
This is a MOD 1935 French AT mine

Not sure if that helps. Especially if it is not French.
