Unknown Grenade

I am trying to find out some information on this grenade.
The fuze looks like a percussion type ...
I was thinking Vietnam, but I could be wrong. The base is solid, no hole for a rod to screw in. And I do not have measurements yet.
Thought I might throw it out there and see if anyone knows.
