Who can help identify this Fuze

Is it from a Sea Mine?

Total length: 74,5 mm
Great Diameter: 27,6 mm
little Diameter: 13,8 mm
Thread: 16 mm

Its all of Brass

Hi, as much as I know, it was a delay fuze for some sort of German WW II Navy cable cutter device, used for mine clearing purposes.
I really have no paperwork, this is from " mouth to mouth "

Correct, it is from German WWII naval mine clearance gear. If I remember the box markings correct it was designated "Zeitznder fr Sprengkrallengreifer".
