That's a mortar fuze . The French name is " Fuse dtonateur percutante 24/31 type ( I -CR) systeme Brandt " I = Instantane = Direct action CR= court retard= short delay
it armed the 81 mm mortars shell (HE) . but this model fuze is not manufactured in France

Hi its an Italian copy of the French fuse showm by Icn used on their 81 mm mortars ,regards Dave

many of italians factory are unknown.
I think SAG, could it be Societ Anonima Gnutti in Brescia, but not confirmed.
