Folks

Is this a un normal mounting of the british no6 release switch onto a grenade? I used a fuse adapter from a M1A1 pressure fiering device and mount it onto a US Mk II grenade. Has any one seen this combination befor or it is only my strange cloning?

Cheers

Booby Trap;

The ultimate in Booby trapping - improvise!!

I can't speak about the UK boobytrap devices, but all U.S. devices from WWII up through Vietnam have the same thread on the outside of the primer bushing. That thread fits the U.S. MK II Pineapple and other grenades, the M3 mine also shown on this site, and a number of other mines, etc. U.S. Time pencils also have this same thread which also fits the fuzewell on Claymore mines.

So, yes your boobytrap should fit your grenade as designed.
