Can someone tell me what this is please?

The only information i have is that it was found in the UK (Don't know where).
I dont have any measurements apart from the ruler in the picture

3.45 Burney Recoiless HE HE/Sub

It is a 3.45" Burney Recoiless High Explosive or High Explosive Substitute projectile.
If you clean up the front end you will find either two or four small cutouts about 12mm down from the nose shoulder which is where the nose cap is screwed into the main body.
Fairly rare item and nice!

Have a look at this thread-there are many variations of these rounds both projectiles and case types-so it is possible it is an HE!
