Anyone seen one like this?
A first for me.

Early US Mk.1 Fuze with a Early Mk. 2 Fuze Lever "Forced" on. Unfortunately it looks like the fuse body was damaged near the safety pin area during the installation.

I've only seen one in the flesh, held by a collector in Switzerland.

Here's my US Mk1. :tinysmile_grin_t: I have read, that possibly more Doughboys were killed with Mk1s', than Germans. The US troops trained on French F1s'. You pulled the pin, released the lever, and threw. Well, when they were issued Mk1s', they did the same thing. Then, Jerry picked it up, flipped the ARMING LEVER, and threw it back. The top lever is just a safety device.
