Hi all, I am reading Frank Richards book "Old soldiers never die" and noticed that Richards mentions that whilst in trenches outside Ypres in 1914 they are attacked by Germans who attempt to fire rockets at them, although these rockets fall harmlessly only a few feet from the Germans.
It just aroused my curiosity as I have never heard of AP rockets being used in WW1. Could Mr Richards be trying to describe some other German weapon? Any ideas? Many thanks.
