The chunkier grenade ring with pin is for the Practice version (L132? / L134?) that had a blue rubber reusable body (stated ok for up to 10 uses with a live initiator). Those for the No 83 grenade are from the 1980s. I obtained the other ring and pin in 1990 from a range near Catterick.
