I went on a Chieftain Tank proof firing of 120 mm APDS ammo in early 1984, where the contents of this tin were fired, on Hohne Ranges in West Germany. The tin has the top and bottom plus an inner rubber-sealed lid but not the plastic block insert that contained the TVEs.
