Need some more info on these 4.5 inch shells/projectiles

Hi I'm looking for some info on these projectiles. they are 4.5 inch but not entirely sure they are naval. Am thinking the orange one is land based 4.5 inch gun going back to WW11 or earlier. the blue one, again a mystery. i saw a picture of a similar shell from a royal navy museum auction, but the one in the picture looks poorly painted and may have had a touch up over the years, or possibly training round???
