Interesting views of the M86 and the WAAPM. Note the temporary retaining lugs for the trip-line ejectors on the WAPM. I had not realised that the lugs might perhaps be pre-bent prior to sliding laterally the line anchor, and so preventing the ejection spring from expanding, during assembly. After the star-shped retainer was added, the lugs could be folded back. (If this was not a dummy unit, I would have expected the lugs to have been unfolded at this stage.)
