    Help with identifying four shell carriage system

    I have recently come into possession of the attached article, which is made of canvas and rope.The construction is solid and will easily carry 18pdr shells with room to spare, I did think it may be for the Navy. However I have never seen one of this type. Any help appreciated

    L11A2 .50 MG observing carrier & Boxes

    Nice New addition L11A2 .50 MG OBSERVING CARRIER AND BOXES . Just picked this Carrier up really nice condition. Carrier is dated 1967 ,The boxes are Dated 1968 ,The INERT .50's are.... 69 L11A2 K.... Cheers Ken
