Is there a way to tell the age on these U.S. demolition charges?
Could they be from the W.W.II or are they more resent?

All of the WWII I have seen were either the yellow wrappers or the green wrappers with the yellow band. I would suspect these of being Vietnam era or later. I checked FM 5-250 and a couple of earlier FM 5-25s, all they said was OD cardboard container.

I personally bet WWII. Have seen them many times in WWII museums and with sellers only with WWII ordnance from.... good sources I will say.
