I answered a post from Cartridges forum 13 May 2018 in 105mm short case. See page 24.
My case was a Blank M395 as shown in the photo. No maker name was discovered so I also wish to know. Cheers.Ron.

There is a Mil-Std Hndbk on the internet that lists military suppliers, but there is controlled access which I don't have for the date range of the cart in question. The earlier versions of this don't list CAQ as the cart. was manufactured after the date of issue of the handbook.
However, more searching for the CAQ manufacturer code in the Mil-HDBK-1461A (1998) lists Machine Cast Inc, Huntsville Alabama as manufacturer code CAQ. SNC is listed as SDP manuf. code.
