I saw this case for sale at the local car boot sale this morning. The seller brought it back to the UK from Belgium.
It is the exact same dimensions as the 105mm case for the Leopard tank. However, the only markings are "TIR8", which appears to be hand-stamped, as well as a faint "16" at the top.
What are your thoughts on this?
I thought that it could have been taken from the production line before the base was skimmed.
