Hello,
Swiss use this kind of designation for 81mm mortar (8.1cm M-W for minenwerfer). The cross is also typical for swiss ordnance.

Swiss 81mm a.jpgSwiss 81mm b.jpegI have a Swiss 81mm mortar without a fuze. What type of fuze is used?
The primary cartridge is Lot 36 64 so later than the one gerry /Rich shows. Nice to identify the Mw markings. Thanks.
The body has stamps: C. ? 2 + GF + 371 but a bit hard to see clearly.
Is the black body with a yellow band a Practice mortar or a HE? I do not have Swiss ID books.

Swiss color code for HE is yellow head - grey body.
Your shell is a practice HE (black paint with a yellow band on top). Same on the doc I post.
Called EUG (Explosiv übungs granate). Filled black powder.
Fuzed MZ32, MZ55, MVZ55.
