13 pounder Drill Cases

Received another 13 pounder Drill case today. Thank you Rhys. So I now have two. One made by Royal Laboratories and used by South African Army and the other made by Vickers Sons and Maxim (14 2 1911 / 1905).

The RL case (1912) has DUMMY on the primer. (I have two of these if there would be any interest). The VSM also had DUMMY on the primer. (Before someone tried to convert it into a lamp shade).

I would dearly like to see a complete 13 pounder Drill round.

I wonder how the projectile was held in, presuming it's wood ?
One might have expected screws in the upper end ~
