17pr APCBC restoration

Red Rat

My first 17pr APCBC restoration. I have painted the white and red bands on a turntable. The shells have been painted the same way in ww2 as far as I know. The lettering and tracer symbol are still missing.

Have a nice weekend :)

Great job!. Many people think repairing with polyester is an easy job, but to do it in the way it looks good is quite a difficult job.

Thank you for your answers, especially the link for the stencils is very helpful.
I´ve got a second unfired APCBC to restore, but I´ts in worse condition, so it´s gonna be much work.

Kind regards,
Philipp
