18 Pr case as Vase ~

I've seen a few of these from time to time. Just won this example at a
local auction for $29.24 or 16 pouinds.
Is it more useful as a restored casing ?
If the add ons are just soldered on or leave it as it is ? I'll update this later today.
No primer, just some kind of plug soldered in.
Here it is, I think now the vase was a wartime aftermarket sale. Post war much more
likely to use 1918 cases. No reason to keep an early 1917 reject that long.
One paw was bent so I'll repair that, presently no reason to dismantle it, especially
if it's a wartime object. Another 1917 (reject) case won't be of much importance anyways.
